Which pacing mistakes turn five days into a bad trip?

- Booking three lodges in five days. Each switch costs a morning. Two properties, one switch, is the ceiling.
- Chasing Waingapu from Tambolaka as a day trip. Even on the new highway that is a four-hour leg each way. East Sumba is a region, not an excursion.
